- Closed on weekends and public holidays in both the US and Canada.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@trivonah.shop or (512) 325-5645.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States: No customs fees apply for domestic orders.
Canada: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Trivonah is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Trivonah is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@trivonah.shop or (512) 325-5645 during business hours. We will do our best to make changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Trivonah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@trivonah.shop or (512) 325-5645 and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trivonah.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Shipping Delays
Trivonah is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs clearance (for Canadian orders)
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
