Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@trivonah.shop or call (512) 325-5645 during business hours with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider (typically 3–5 additional business days).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@trivonah.shop or call (512) 325-5645 during business hours.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trivonah.shop or (512) 325-5645 with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
